Preparation guide:
1. Add a little olive oil to a saucepan.
2. Place the vine leaves tightly together in the saucepan and lightly sauté them with more olive oil on top.
3. Pour in ½ cup of water, the juice of 2 to 3 lemons, salt, and broth to taste.
4. Cook over low heat until the leaves sweat and are ready to serve.
