Preparation guide:
• Chicken or Meat Balls :
1. Boil salted water with a dash of oil in a large pot.
2. Add the kipe balls and cook for 20 minutes.
3. Optional: Once cooked, place them on a baking sheet and spray with PAM. Bake them at 180°C for 30 minutes to give them a golden brown.
• Wheat Balls :
1. In a deep skillet, heat half a cup of oil until very hot.
2. Fry the wheat balls directly from frozen, one by one, until golden brown.
3. Drain them on absorbent paper before serving.
