Kipe Charola (Arroz, Trigo y Pollo)

Preparation guide:

1. Thoroughly defrost the tray before preparing it.

2. In a container, mix one cup of warm water with a pinch of salt and a quarter cup of oil.

3. Pour this mixture onto the tray, making sure it is evenly distributed.

4. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for 45 minutes.

5. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the surface is golden.

6. Serve with guacamole, salsa, and Sinai tahini.
