Kipe Rollo

Preparation guide:

1. Fill a large pot with water, salt, and a splash of oil. Bring to a boil.

2. Place the entire roll in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.

3. Remove the roll from the water and place it in a pan with a little hot oil. Brown on all sides to seal and add flavor.

4. Once golden brown, slice the roll into 1cm thick portions.
