Preparation guide:
1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and a splash of oil to prevent the kipes from sticking.
2. Once the water is boiling, carefully add the kipes and cook for 20 minutes.
• Hamda/Basha : Once cooked, remove from the water and serve directly.
• Erase : After cooking, place them on a tray, spray them with a little PAM spray, and bake them at 180°C for 30 minutes to give them a crispy touch.
