Muerras (Carne y Queso)

Preparation guide:

1. Fried :

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

Fry the muerras one by one, making sure the sesame seeds don't burn.

Drain on absorbent paper before serving.

2. Healthy Option :

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Grease a tray and arrange the separated murras.

Sprinkle a little PAM on them and bake for 20 minutes.
