Preparation guide:
1. Fried :
• Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
• Fry the muerras one by one, making sure the sesame seeds don't burn.
• Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
2. Healthy Option :
• Preheat the oven to 180°C.
• Grease a tray and arrange the separated murras.
• Sprinkle a little PAM on them and bake for 20 minutes.
